The cutoff times for items that ship today depend on the product:
Strawberries and other chocolate covered items: 2PM Eastern.
Cookies: 11AM Eastern
Flowers, Roses: 2PM Eastern

No packing list or price list is included with your order, that would be tacky.

We only ship Monday through Friday, there are never same day or Sunday deliveries.

Anonymous gifts: with the heightened security after 9/11 we’ve found that anonymous shipments are being held up for security reasons after delivery to government or corporate facilities. Signing your gift note solves this problem.

99% of all shipment problems are due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please make sure the shipping address is 100% correct because any missing information will delay your order and could result in a ruined shipment.

Apartment complexes are inherently insecure, if the FedEx/UPS drivers feel an unattended package will not be safe: they will not deliver the package if no one is home.

All shipments containing fruit are sent in insulated containers with gel packs to keep them chilled. Chocolate can melt and strawberries are very perishable so we take these extra steps to help make sure that your shipment arrives in the best condition possible.
