		Better Ingredients: Like real rich chocolate made with cocoa butter. Our main competitors are using a vegetable oil based substitute. Partially hydrogenated vegetable oil is not what anyone would expect in a premium gift as it's use has even been banned is some areas. Fresh picked extra large strawberries, (almost always long stem), never frozen, never freeze dried. A premium gift deserves the finest fruit available: not what can be purchased at the least expensive price or dipped by machine. Our gourmet cookies are made with fresh eggs, real vanilla, real butter and the finest ingredients available. Our main competitors product is sold on dozens of web sites and under many names: but it's all made in the same location. 		Better Credit Card Security: We don't keep a copy of your credit card information and we would never give that information to a third party. According to their former customers: our major competitors have been involved in what is knows as the "easy saver scam", those actions and a similar actions spawned two class action lawsuits. Some of their former customers have found hundreds of dollars in unauthorized charges from various parts of this scam. Even if every computer we had was stolen: your credit card number would still be secure because we do not save it at all.
		Better Shipping: All of our perishable (strawberries, roses..) products are sent with FedEx or UPS so that they should arrive the day after they are shipped,  having these extremely perishable products spend as little time in transit as possible really helps with their freshness and shelf life. Our competitors former customers say the lure of "free shipping" was part of the "Easy Saver Scam",  where their credit card information was passed to a third party for monthly billing. Another group of companies  have been claiming "Free Shipping", but all they did was raise the price of the package (in violation of the FTC rules on "Free") to try to fool you. Other methods? DHL no longer offers overnight service is the US, and we did a test of 20 shipments with the post office: they failed miserably: with one overnight shipment actually taking over four days.
		Better Floral: Our flowers are shipped overnight direct from the import center site. Our major competitors floral items have been trucked from the import centers to regional warehouses, that multi-day  truck trip effects the flowers freshness. While shipping/delivery costs are less: it results in flowers that are not as fresh. There are times you want to avoid a local florist, (reliability, freshness..) yet many of the online sites actually place orders with those same local florists while claiming to have fresher flowers. If you want to order from a local florist: please make sure that you are actually talking to one as there are many online sites that pretend to be local, take a big part of the sale, and then send the order by wire to the local florist.
		Better Overall: True gourmet chocolate, large long stem strawberries, your selection of chocolate types, fresher flowers, better credit card security. Doing things "better" costs more, but our customer testimonials show that CCBerries has been doing  it better since 2004.

Guarantee:
If there is a problem with your order we will replace, exchange, provide a refund or credit as warranted.
If the product is damaged please let us know using our customer service helpdesk , we do this so that we have a record of every customer contact and problem; this is required for the carrier/bank/police reports, do not throw out the product as the carriers (UPS/FedEx) will wish to view the damage, or it may need to be shipped back. If possible please take pictures of the damage, as it will speed up the claims process.

Due to the perishable nature of the product; notification must be given to CCBerries within 7 days of delivery date for the claim to be valid.

Common sense exclusions:

Delays due to weather: hurricanes and blizzards close airports and roads, if it’s not safe to travel: it is unreasonable to expect on time delivery.

Delays in delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address: We can only deliver the package to the address you give us, an incomplete or incorrect address makes on time delivery impossible and voids all warranties.

Business closings: If the business or other private mail center does not open on the selected delivery date or opens late/closes early then the drivers can’t deliver.

Insecure locations: UPS/FedEx cannot leave packages unattended if there is a good chance it is going to get stolen: Apartment complexes are not secure and if the FedEx/UPS driver thinks there is a chance the package will get stolen they will not leave it unattended.

Government regulations or security delays: All packages sent to government buildings and contractors are subject to security restrictions and searches, these packages are rerouted to local locations for these security checks. Once a package hits these secure sites we have no control of them. The government can also close all airports, as they did with 9/11, for security reasons.

Customer/recipient mishandling: If you send a package to someone in Arizona who is out of town for 4 days you should not expect it to be usable, chocolate melts and flowers will wilt in high heat and both can freeze if left outside for a extended period.

How to save

1. The final checkout screen (the ‘thank you’ screen) has a coupon code for strawberry and floral orders that you place the same day. 
2. Combine your orders with others (one shipment to a single location) and you’ll save a lot over separate shipments
3. The 2 and 4 dozen gift sets are packaged in one dozen boxes,  yep that’s a huge savings (combine with #2)
4. When possible avoid Saturday delivery, it’s a lot more expensive. (we don’t make money on shipping so if you want to go ahead)
5. The bulk rose shipments are also a great way to save money, just pick up your vases locally and save a ton. (combine your rose needs with the other people you work with to get the deepest discount on long stem roses)
6. Get your orders in early for major holidays, our suppliers pass the rate increases on to us and in the past there have been crop destroying freezing in Florida (Strawberries and Flowers) and South America (Flowers), they have agreed to honor the current pricing on the orders we have in-house when the rates go up
