How do I track my
order? The day your order ships and email is
generated with your tracking number and a link that can be used to see
the current status of your shipment. (Check your spam folder). Useful tracking information is
generally available around 10PM the night of the shipment and it will
continue to be updated until the package is delivered. In some areas the
tracking updates are not real time and updates can be delayed several
hours.
No email (or deleted), access your online order with the "My account" selection at the top of the screen, then select "My orders", a UPS tracking number will start with "1Z", a FedEx tracking number is all digits.

A delivery exception is when FedEx or UPS has a problem of some type that may delay the delivery.
The most common delivery exceptions are: - Incorrect address
- Example : wrong street number, city, state or zip
- Incomplete address
- Example: missing suite or apartment number
- Can't find address
- Example: Missing mailbox or unmarked house
- Equipment failure
- Example: Plane or truck problems
- Weather delay
- Example: Blizzards, hurricanes, times when the weather makes it unsafe to fly or drive. No package is worth someones life, if it is not safe to fly or drive packages don't get delivered on time.

What does that mean: This section will be filled in with new/strange information from the carriers. Q) My package shows a new delivery date because of a delivery exception are these new dates always right? A) No, sometimes they get delivered on schedule, the adjustments to delivery dates are automatic. It depends on the type of problem and if they can fix it. Sometimes the package can be picked up at a local carrier service center.
Q) Order Processed: Ready for UPS
A) This just means the the label was printed, it does not mean the order has been made or shipped. We print labels early just before peak times .

Q) What does "Origin Scan" mean?
A) The package arrived in a city, sometimes it may be the first (Pickup) scan.
Q) What does "Adverse weather conditions" mean?
A) Blizzard, Hurricane, Ice Storm.. any time the weather makes it unsafe to fly or drive. No package is worth risking someones life over. These are acts of god, there is nothing you or ourselves can do in these cases. Continue to track the package, sometimes it will still be delivered on the day requested.
Q) What does "Adverse weather conditions. / Package will be delivered next business day." mean?
A) A blizzard/hurricane/ice storm or other sever weather has delayed the package in some way, automated tools at the carrier (UPS or FedEx) may not see a way it can be delivered on time and flag the package this way. Continue to track the package, sometimes the real people behind the systems get it delivered anyway. These are severe acts of God, while the carriers will continue to try to deliver the package on the day requested, the automatic tools don't see a way for it to happen. No phone calls to the carriers or ourselves can change the weather. If it is unsafe to fly or drive: asking/demanding someone to recklessly risk their life just to deliver a gift would be self centered and inconsiderate. (The carriers are not going to risk anyone's life for a package).

What is a weather delay (adverse weather)? When it is unsafe to fly or drive the trucks packages will be delayed. This can happen at any point in the packages route from our facilities, to the carriers sorting hubs, the various airports or even the final destination city.
Weather delays are the results of "Acts of God" and are not covered under the carriers or our warranty. They may last longer than the packaging is meant for and may result in a ruined product.
We make this lack of coverage clear during checkout, we want no one to be surprised.
We can't control the weather, neither can the carriers (FedEx/UPS), if you have any special control of the weather please use it to make sure there are no weather delays that affect your delivery.

Address Problems? The correctness and completeness of the address is your sole responsibility. If any part of the delivery address is missing, incorrect or incomplete it will delay delivery possibly past the point where the shipment is no longer usable.
All warranties are void if the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete or missing components. All warranties end immediatly when a package is marked by a carrier as an address based delivery exception.
An incorrect or incomplete address may also result in the package being delivered to the wrong address, this is also outside the warranty.
Addressing an overnight package is not a time to play around or be cute or lazy, sometimes even addressing it to "Grandma" rather than their proper name is enough to delay and ruin the package.
