The following information is provided to identify the companies that are not dipping their strawberries in what can legally be called milk, white and dark chocolate according to FDA regulations. |
We dip our strawberries in real Milk, White and Dark chocolate, but not everybody makes what they claim to make. Real chocolate is not swizzle*. *thats a hint.. the places that use the word 'swizzle' don't use real chocolate.
WALL OF SHAME These companies don't use chocolate They use a partially hydrogenated vegetable oil dip without cocoa butter.

THEY USE OIL NOT COCOA BUTTER We’ve seen the adds for the really cheap strawberries (sometimes the online ads show $19 but other times it’s higher), the problem is: they are not using chocolate. They are using a vegetable oil based substitute (partially hydrogenated fake chocolate). You can do chocolate covered strawberries right, or you can do them cheap. Click here for more information
