Q How do you handle when our corporate orders are going to be placed by multiple people?
A We create a special "corporate discount" coupon code for all of your employees to use, there is no limit to the number of times the code can be used and your employees may use it for corporate or personal orders. The discount code value is based on your actual orders over a three month period.
QWe'd like to send the exact same thing to over 20 of our customers, is there a way to speed up the order entry?

Q We are having a large corporate event and would like to order a large quantity of strawberries all with our corporate logo, the online system does not allow this, how do we order?
A The reason that gift boxes of all artwork (words and pictures) are not available in the order entry system is that it's much harder and expensive to create a berry with artwork than one without. Not all artwork berries turn out, and not all berries are suitable to apply artwork to. (It also prevents the general public from sending really boring/tacky/ugly gift boxes). To place an order that is 100% artwork the following must be true::
1) You (or your company) must have your artwork in stock.
2) There must be sufficient images remaining from your previous artwork printing order to cover the berries in your order, if not you'll need to reorder the artwork.
3) It is not during a blackout period (the three days before Valentine's day, or week before Christmas)
4) The order is for at least 4 dozen berries and is placed at least one week before it is due to be shipped.
To place your order:
1) Place your order as you normally would. (select any one dozen gift box with a quantity of 4 or more)
2) Add your corporate artwork to the box as you normally would)
3) In the gift card section enter only the text "100% Artwork".
4) When we receive the order we will add a 15% surcharge to cover the higher costs involved with this type of order. (we will send you a paypal invoice for the 15%)
Q We would like to create a totally custom gift box how would we create one?
A This can get very expensive very fast, many of our boxes and components are ordered in very large quantities, custom printing dies and tooling for non-standard boxes, packaging and shipping containers can run into the thousands of dollars. Use the "Contact Us" form to let us know what you have in mind.
Example pricing for special colored boxes.
A minimum order of 500 specially colored boxes total $800
Application of your labels to those boxes $250 (labels must be moisture proof), we do not print lables and will not order them for you.
There are two sizes of the boxes used for strawberries: 1/2 dozen and 1 dozen size, the one dozen size is also used for the combo boxes. The two sizes and colors can be split in multiples of 100 to reach the minimum order of 500 total.
The boxes are made to order, please allow 5-7 weeks for delivery. Application of your labels will require another week. A sample color chart is below.
Note: Metallic colors on kraft paper are not reflective or foil.... the appearance is more of a luster finish. All colors are approximate due to differences in monitors.
General Limitations: we no longer discount 1/2 dozen strawberry boxes (unless it's a combo), discounted orders are not available the week of Christmas, Valentines or Mothers Day.
