Ground shipments generally take far too long to be used for nationwide strawberry or floral delivery: Even if you were to order flowers or fresh fruit a week ahead of time we would still have to make and ship them using overnight methods to preserve freshness.

Because of this ground shipment can only be customer selected in the section of the online store with the "green" wording up top (cookies & during the cooler months chocolate covered cookies/graham crackers.. ).

Only items with an extra long shelf life (like cookies or chocolate covered graham crackers) can be shipped using multi-day ground methods.

There is no same day delivery, renting a private jet to fly things around for same day delivery is just too expensive.

Due to customs restrictions we can not ship outside the USA. Delivery addresses must be a physical US address, no PO boxes , no APO/FPO boxes or rural route boxes.

No delivery is available on Sunday's, Holidays, or the day after Holidays. (any day FedEx/UPS are closed and the day after FedEx/UPS is closed).

While ground shipping is less expensive it is also not as precise, and though we try to time the shipment to have it arrive on a designated date it could arrive a day early or late.

If during checkout you select a date Marked �Overnight upgrade required� or �2 Day Upgrade Required� but do not check off the matching upgrade fee the package will arrive in three to four days.
