Chocolate Covered Strawberries Rewards Program
How it works:

  • Berry Reward Points can be earned when:
    • 1) You place an order for eligible products, or
    • 2) Refer a new customer who places an order (More Info ), or
    • 3) As part of a contest or game that we set up
  • You must be signed on to your account during checkout to accumulate Berry Reward Points if you make a purchase.
  • No points are earned when you place the order as a guest.
  • Reward points can be transferred to an Event, Charity or person HERE
  • Reward points are not earned on purchases of gift certificates, floral, "Fees & Corrections" or point transfers.
  • Reward points cannot be used to purchase floral, "Fees & Corrections" or point transfers. 
  • The amount of points earned will vary by item and category, and may be changed to use as a purchase enticement. 
  • How do I see my current points?
    • 1) If you are logged in (with an account) you'll see your current points during checkout.
    • 2) You can also see them on the "My Account" page.

This program went live on 4/14/2019, no rewards were earned before that date.


Limitations:
  1. No longer applies, you can now pay for shipping with points. Currently shipping costs cannot be paid with points during checkout, we turned on the option, it did not work. You have the option to use this method: Click Here just make sure you have the points needed to use it.
  2. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. Referral points are not earned for self referrals or to personal accounts at the same address.
  4. We do not verify events or charities that may ask you to transfer points, do so at your own risk.
  5. In the event a refund of an order paid or partially paid with points the points will be returned to the account.
  6. If an order is canceled or refunded the points earned with that order will be reversed and removed from your balance.
  7. If an shipped order is paid with points that were earned from orders that will ship on a future date and the future orders are canceled, refunds for those future orders will be lowered to pay for the points based order.
  8. Points are not earned when you pay with points or on shipping.
  9. Program may end at any time.
  10. Rules subject to change without notice.
Special Rules for Event & Charity Accounts:
  • If you create an Event account make sure "Event" is in the "first name" field
  • If you create a Charity account
    • make sure you are authorized to do so by the charity
    • make sure the charity meets the requirements set forth by the IRS
    • make sure "Charity" is in the "first name" field
  • After you create the account go to the "My Account" tab at the top of the screen, that will have the User ID number needed for referrals.
  • Event/Charity accounts must have referrals or transfers from more than one location to be valid.
