Every purchase is charged immediately, and is essentially a
gift certificate tied to your pre-order; we do this so that we do not have to
save your card information at all, it�s more secure that way, credit card information can never be stolen if we don't keep it. This method also
solves the problems when charging a card
months after the order is placed.
A lot of this is common sense but since not everyone has dealt with perishable shipments or overnight delivery we need to lay it all out.
The shipping address is your responsibility, if it is not correct or complete your delivery will be delayed, probably ruined and will result in additional charges for address correction and redelivery. Common problems include: missing Suite/Apartment number, incorrect street address, zip code or missing company name. Since delivery delays will exceed the time the package was designed for, this will void your warranty .
Strawberries, flowers and chocolates are extremely perishable and we do everything in our power to make sure that they arrive in perfect condition.
Claims: depending on the problem we may ask you to submit a
picture, return the product or hold it for inspection.

If you are sending a gift make sure you let the person know that a perishable package is coming. We've found that some companies receiving departments/mail rooms tend to ignore the exterior labeling (all of our shipping containers are marked "Perishable , Open Immediately"), this way the recipient knows to check for the shipment & everyone has a good experience.
During the hot summer months do not ship to a residential address unless someone is going to be checking, on a regular basis, to see if the package has arrived. There is no warranty on residential delivery during the summer, ship to a business address.
Shipments delayed due to weather related problems ,terrorism, acts of war, security concerns, natural or man made disasters are beyond the scope of the warranty. Please remember that these types delays may happen at any point during transit, for example: a blizzard in Kentucky or Tennessee could effect a shipment to Florida.
If business opens late or closes early and the shipper can not deliver the package as scheduled this is outside the scope of the warranty.
Orders to Military bases, Government buildings ,secure facilities, gated communities, secure apartment complexes, and other delivery address that have security may result in delivery delays and are outside the scope of the warranty.
All shipments are sent without the need for a signature at delivery, the driver will leave the packages unattended at the address if the area is secure in their judgment. In some areas apartments and homes are not considered secure and this decision is made by the delivering driver without exception.
If you are concerned that the address you are shipping to may not be secure or that inclement weather (rain, snow, extreme heat or cold) may affect an unattended package, please give the recipient advance notice so that they can arrange to be home or provide you with a more suitable address. Since the package is being sent as "signature release" you are waiving any rights to a signature proof of delivery that may be requested by some banks/payment processors, the tracking notice will serve as proof of delivery.

Since your order is custom made, if your order has been made (berries dipped) it can not be cancelled.
Substitutions of equal or greater value may occur. Packaging may vary.
Coupons and Discount codes must be supplied at time of order and can not be applied to pre-existing orders.
All e-mail/customer service web requests to an order or status requests must reference the order number of the order to be changed/researched.
Packages should not be rerouted, customer is responsible for all fees applied by the carriers for any unauthorized return or reroute.
Using the UPS or FedEx reroute features immediately voids all warranties.
All claims regarding a shipment must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
If for any reason your order has not been paid for within one month of the shipment date we reserve the right to contact the recipient and inform them of this, though we will not try to collect from the recipient. You waive all rights, privacy, liable and any other rights in this instance.
All fees related to collection or chargeback/reversals or similar transactions, when the reason is covered in the terms and conditions of the site, are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees may be as high as $30 per order.
APPLICABLE LAW : By visiting and or ordering from CCBerries.com (CCB Radiance Gifts LLC), you agree that the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and CCBerries.com.
