When direct phone ordering is offline you can still place a call-back phone order using the method listed below. The average call back time during the business week is about 15 minutes.
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to take a phone order, as there is a lot of double checking that would normally be done as you enter your own order online, we could be dipping a lot of strawberries in that same time. Our highest priority is getting out those orders that we already have in our system, things get very busy at times, and no one would want their phone order to possibly delay someone else’s wedding order.
We also control costs by handling all the online order customer service issues with our online helpdesk system, this allows us to do the necessary research to completely answer your questions in one pass and have one person handle your questions as well as see your previous orders and questions.
We will not farm out, or hire temps just to take orders by phone when things get busy, the credit card information is never secure that way, and too many companies are using offshore call centers with really poor results. When we take a phone order: the person taking the order is an expert in the product and overnight shipping, and have worked in the industry for years, but sometimes the experts need to start work at 2 or 3 AM. |

Method #1: Order online, pay by phone is the least expensive method, the other method is listed below
You place your order online and select the payment method “Order online, pay by phone”.
- The billing address entered must match the credit card.
- We will use the phone number entered to call you.(cell phone recommended)
- We call you within 1 business day between 10AM and 7pm Eastern to collect your credit card information and process your order.
- We will attempt to call you a maximum of three times with a minimum of ˝ hour between calls.
- No order will ship until it has been paid for.
Method #2 Call-back phone orders: (More expensive option) Each of our products already contains a 10% discount for online orders, phone orders do not get this discount, no coupon codes are valid for phone orders. If you wish to place an order by phone please have the following ready:
- The SKU and options (such as chocolate type) of the product you wish to order
- The Reference number from below (very important)
- delivery address, credit card (visa and master card only)
- The short gift card message
- The delivery date (Tuesday-Friday, Saturday delivery, when available, is more)
Place a helpdesk case (using the contact us section) with your name, phone number, reference number, time zone, and the best times to call.
The referance number is needed to make sure that commissions are paid correctly.
We do it this way so that we can give the highest priority to existing orders, helpdesk questions, wedding orders, extremely high volume and catering orders. We will call you between 9AM-7PM, based on our availability and your stated best times to call.
